Still waiting!!!!
I have already written to hello Peter about Mtn and hello Peter sent me confirmation that Mtn has responded to my complaint. (My previous complaint was a month ago)However I have received no feed back whatsoever about my phone that was handed in for repairs in June! The Mtn repair center contacted me but I have heard.nothing as to how far the phone is for collection! I have tried contacting Mtn insurance <br> Numerous times but after 10 to 15 minutes of Waiting I get cut off. We never received a loan phone in the mean time either. I am disgusted and frustrated at the lack of service from Mtn and Mtn insurance! The fact that I am a paying customer with numerous contracts since Mtn first started and I cannot get to speak to anyone who has enough intelligence to help me get my phone back that should have been sorted out 2 and a.half months ago!!
