Still waithing for 30gigs once off data

On the 16/04/2018 I took out a contract with MTN. The promo on the catalogue said you get 30gigs once off data. Till today I am waiting for the data. I haven calling every day to the call centre and all they do is give me a reference number and tell me to be patient. Ref numbers given was 1- ********** 9116 and ********** 77 and 1- ********** 266 and 1- ********** 4563. Please MTN do something, I am very disappointed as a first time customer.
