still unable to cancel contract
after my last post, someone called to tell me that the will cancel the contract without the penalties as the fault is from their side. i was happy to have finally closed this chapter. To my surprise this morning, data was allocated to me. When i call to check what is going on, i was told the same stories again. are you guys not working for the same company. can you at least put notes in whatever decisions made

29 Aug 2019, 23:09But I am still getting debited. Can you please ask them to stop. I tired of disputing every month. Before the July debit order I called and I was told that there won't be any debit order.
