Still trying to talk to MTN

I complained on this platform twee weeks ago. No response from MTN!!! Just continuing with the texts i so desperately want them to stop with. I thought the new POPI act will make it stop, but clearly MTN is not too worried about it. Roll on July 1st

And do not believe one can get a meaningful answer on the phone??? They just pass you on until you get cut off!
