Still *****ing my money.

I'm still waiting for feedback on my unresolved issue that dates back to MAY. I keep getting SMSes saying it's been resolved, but the next debit order that goes off is again double what it's supposed to be, and I'm still waiting for my money back from being billed for an upgrade I cancelled. You're *****ing from me, MTN. I want my money back, and I want my debit order to be R218!!! Like it was!
