STILL SAME BILLING PROBLEM- ALMOST ONE YEAR LATER
MTN has done absolutely nothing with regards to my billing complaints that I have raised numerous times and I now no longer can carry on like this. Every time someone says they will attend to it, but the level of competence is so low that nobody can actually fix this. I hereby request someone in a SENIOR POSITION IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT to get back to me and contact me to rectify or I will have to seek legal representation as I am now done battling for more than a year now.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
On the system it shows that a refund was passed in to your bank account in 12-10-2015.
I also note that the Billing is not fixed on the MTN Sky package.
I will log a request to have the same fixed urgently.

I have now also numerous times requested for my contracts cancellations quotations. I am now so desperate to get away from you as a cellphone network I am even willing to carry my own costs to move to another network. I just want my contract cancellation quotations now in order to move them to prepaid until I find a deal that would work for me, but my family members and friends are also now going to cancel as I am not the only one with a problem.
So thank you SOOOOOOOOO much for returning the message with a reference number, but I have had no joy or feedback in this regard and nobody has made contact with me as yet. How long should I now still wait? Or is someone ACTUALLY going to contact me.
