Still receiving spam after requests for 4 months

Hi There,

Mtn has been spamming me for more than a year now. After every single recharge, i receive a couple of sms's showing me all of their offers. I have not opted to receive this marketing material. I have also tried to use the code *130*603# and its not working.

I have called in to their customer support. I have emailed them. The issue was apparently flagged to their marketing department and to supervisors. The first email i send was on 26 Oct 2016. So its been 4 and a half months and still no resolution.

I guess they figured that if they dont do anything from their side, we will just get tired of complaining?

So please, remove me from your subsription lists. I have not opted to receive these notifications and do not want any of them.

Regards,

Ryno
