Still paying my account after 14 months cancellation

I have cancelled my account 14 months ago and still I am receive my monthly statements, plus debit order still goes off.

I have numerous customer care reference numbers, but nobody is coming back to me.

Your automated mail from the retention office says that my query will be dealt with within 2 business days, well it has been 14 months.

Here are some of my retention reference numbers: ********** 0, ********** 6, ********** 5, etc

Mtn takes 20 minutes to sign you up for a new contract, but hell it takes a life time to get out of one.
