Still pathetic (NO) SERVICE

I have been a loyal customer of MTN for almost 22 years. But I am canceling my contract as soon as possible If that is even possible I might add

I have been struggling to cancel a data sim card. The contact ended in April, and I was still charged for it 2 months later Now after 3 months of call after call to their Retentions Department it is still not sorted out ??? Everytime you call the call only gets answered after 20 -35 minutes of holding the line I have a life I have a job I can't hold on for that long just to be told NOTHING has been since the last call a week/ weeks / months later

The best part my phone gets cut every month for the last 3 months because the is a R232 outstanding on my account The money THEY OWE ME ??? I was stuck next to the road after my car broke down and no cellphone to call for help

I will NEVER recommend MTN to anyone
