Still now answer from MTN
I have lodge a complain with MTN more that a month ago, and up to today nobody has come back to me or even responded.

I am a regular MTN client and has been for years. Due to financial reasons I want to stop my contract with MTN once the contract has expired and go on to a pay-as-you-go system. MTN wants to ***** my airtime which I have paid for every month, by me loosing it should I go the pay-as-you-go way. I have lodge a complain with the consumer board as well.

How can you ***** something from me, which I have paid for every month.
