Still nothing resolved from the 15th of December after a month at the MNT Store and third complaint on Hello Peter

Dear MTN,

This is ridiculous. I have been struggling since the 15th of December to get a promotional product from you.

Please review my last two complaints and get this resolved.

I am unsure if you truly care so little about your clients or do not have qualified staff you keep referring me too? I cannot even begin to think that anyone at MTN will allow such carelessness when looking at a Loyal client for over 5 years.

I am not sure if I have not been clear enough on my complaints or not.

Let me be clear in this one:

1. I will give you till Thursday (The 8th of February 2018 until 17:00 South African time) I expect an answer as to when the TV will be delivered and confirming the address where you will deliver to. This is non negotiable. 2. I expect the delivery to take place no later than the 15th of February 2018 by no later than 17:00 South African time - this is two months after the signed contract, which is more than enough extension. 3. Should you now again miss any of these deadlines, the following will be done: a) Should the 8th of February (Latest) be missed, I will send my neatly typed out letter to the ombudsman. Here I will not only raise the concern of no Help / Delivery, but also ask to open a ***** case against MTN. b) Should the date of the 15th of February be missed, the same will be done in a, with additional, I will fight to remove the contract, get the months paid back and move to another supplier, that can actually keep to their promises.

I would like to applaud anyone reading this review to STAY AWAY from MTN. I have a few accounts with Vodacom, with out a doubt much better service.

Let me be clear, I have now exhausted all my options and I will not reply on this matter again / not try to follow up, I have been doing this for almost two months now.

I truly hope you are able to resolve this in time and that I am able to give a much better review next time around.
