STILL NOTHING!

With regards to REQ ***.
Yes, the charges are valid BUT to the ***** that took my phone!!!! How do you safe guard your customers from this???
And by the way... IM STILL WAITING FOR MY ITEMISED BILLING!!!!! You said that you requested for this to be sent to me. Well, where is it? I did get an email, but when I select the Itemized billing option I'm unable to open it!
Its been a month now!
You people keep on Sincerely apologizing to me and yet no one wants to help me! Your apologies mean nothing. I want this to get sorted out.
How much more of my time do I need to put into a simple request? My phone was ****** and a huge amount of Data was purchased. I just need to know the date is was bought & the number it was bought for so that I can lay a ********** complaint / query.
What are the security measures that MTN has taken for when their customers phone gets ****** and thousands of rands of data is purchased?
