Still not resolved- still no response

This is my second complaint on Hello Peter. This matter has been ongoing since 25 February. As per my previous complaint, MTN mixed up my mother's cellphone number and my cellphone number when I took out the contracts and this has caused my account to be billed incorrectly after upgrading only my phone. My mother's phone cost R159 and mine R209, after upgrading only my phone I am being charged R209 and the cost of the new phone. I have been dealing with Lerato who is not responding to any of my numerous emails. I sadly cannot upgrade my mother's phone until this is sorted out and I still have no credit from MTN or any feedback about when I will receive this. At this stage I need a credit note of R150 and not only R100 as was stated in my previous complaint. I am paying R50 extra each month due to your mistake and in my honest opinion this is *****ing as you are aware of the error on my account and have been for over a month. Your previous response said that \the matter has been escalated". the only matter that has been escalated is my irritability. when did pathetic service become a habit???"""

Hello CinnaB,

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with MTN.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the breakdown in service delivery.

Our systems show the packages as follows (and this correlates with the subscriber agreement):
*** 200 Top Up@589 (after upgrade)
*** 100 Top Up@209 (due for upgrade)

Kindly note you can still upgrade the second line and migrate the package to whatever you need it to be.

Regards
Mary
