Still Not resolved!!!

I requested a repair of my handset, a cracked iPhone screen over a month ago. This request has still not been resolved. I have called them several times at my own cost! This takes anything from 30 to 50 minutes to in get contact with someone. When you do speak to someone they promise to check and get back to you and this does not happen. When you call the repair center they say they are doing a stocktake and can't confirm the delivery of the phone as they are waiting for insurance! I have done everything requested of me by Mtn which includes paying the access! Mtn is unhelpful and the customer service is pathetic! I'm tired of waiting and would rather cancel my insurance and take back my cracked screen to get sorted by other means!
