Still not removed from ITC

I app**** for a home loan, and it was found that someone tried to open a mtn contact on my name....but they didn't release the contract and it was marked as *****. I went to mtn springs last week to try and sort it out....they have been sending emails to the ***** department to do a letter to confirm that my name is cleared from ITC. I've been at the branch every single day since last week Wednesday and it's still not sorted. I have not been cleared from ITC and nothing is getting done. I need this to get sorted as I can't go forward without being cleared from ITC. Mtn ***** department is taking their time with this letter and its not helping me...the bank is waiting for this and they are giving me VERY POOR customer service.
