STILL NOT RECONNECTED

Quick to cut off, but take over a week to reconnect. I'm reaching a point where I can't wait for my contracts (X4) to end so that I can move to another service provider. After waiting for 4 weeks to have my queries resolved, to giving up and just paying the damn bill because my cell no. is on all my business cards, to sending the same proof of payment 4 times, to making the same arrangement 4 times and now waiting another 7 days for re connection. I still am not reconnected, after your promise to do so on the 2nd Of July, I first had to make all the same arrangements again, despite the fact that the original email displaying the exact same arrangement was in the body of ALL my emails!!! When I finally DO get a response, I'm given a new arrangement at exorbitant amounts, without recognizing my previous emails, payment, arrangement. This is blatant lying and not sticking to YOUR side of the arrangement. Unfair, and I'm pretty sure, not legal. I'm tired of doing this every day, I want a response TODAY!!!
