Still not connected after 1 month MTN!!!!!

<p>Worst experience ever. I upgraded on 22 March and have up until today almost a month later still not been connected. I have never seen anything like this before. They keep sending me from one person to the next, but nothing gets done. It is an absolute shocker. I dont think i will ever get connected. </p>
