Still not active
Took out contract with 2 tablets. Same time. Received 18 september 2015. Tablet 1 - working. Tablet 2 STILL NOT ABLE TO USE SINCE 21 SEPTEMBER 2015. TODAY IS THE 26TH September !!!! EVERYTIME I CALL I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 24 HRS TAKE NOTE THIS WAS FOR MY CHILDS BIRTHDAY!!!!! WHEN WE CALL THE CALL CENTRE. A CONSTANT PILLAR TO POST. Absolutely amazing how you must obay the rules but MTN doesnt bring there part!!!!!

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service.
We've perused the account and we see that there is problem on our system with the number being activated on the network. A request has been logged with our back-end office and has been escalated for urgent resolution. The reference number for the request logged and escalated is REQ:***.
In order for us to alliviate the matter, we've taken a decision to credit the number in question with 1x month free subscriptions on the 14th of October 2015 after the invoice is finalized on the 13th of October 2015.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
