Still no sufficient answers or solution!!!

Hi Senzo,

Thank you for your responce. Yet, you still havnt given me the answers as to why this happened and how you will fix the problem.

The new month has started now and I have again visited yet another store to try resolve this matter. I wasn't using Internet at the time indicated on your system, but bluetooth. I have worked with bluetooth many times, so I am aware when I am using internet and when not. I have also always had a cap where I get msg's when I am near my limit to be cut off, which I didn't get.

I have grown tired trying to call 808 as the strike still continues and I keep wasting my money being placed on hold, for a call that will never be answered.

Please can you sort this out asap, because I do not have the funds for the unbilled amount to come off at the end of July, hence the cap I have on my account. (Please note that my account is under my husbands name) Also I still cannot use my phone and my work requires me to have constant communication with clients as I travel.

Your urgency will be much appreciated.

Regards,
Charlene McGregor

Hello CharleneMcGregor,

Thank you for your post, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.

We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.

Upon investigating your account I have noted that your contract has an inclusive 2G data. As an example on the July invoice you had internet sessions amounting to 9.14966 Gigs of data hence the high charges.

As per our telephonic conversation the matter has been escalated to the Billing team for further investigation and to contact you directly with feedback and a way forward. They would also be made aware of the SUL which was not implemented when Nashua customers moved over to MTN.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards
Yahya
