Still no Statements

Despite the re assurance and apologies as seen below from my previous complaint, I still have received no statements. Please contact me on my registered number to confirm the e-mail address you are using<br> <br> <br> Previous Mail 25-2-2016<br> Despite repeated (long) calls to 808, I have received no statements for the last 6 months for my phone. Also tried changing from Postnet to E Mail for billing purposes.
