Still no settlement amount??

<p>I contacted MTN Customer Care on 1 February 2017 to find out what my settlement amount was on an outstanding account. Then I was referred to their legal department as I was told they can not access any invoices or statements on their side. I called again to be transferred to the legal department but was told that the legal department does not have any direct lines and the only way to contact them was via email. I was also told that the reprensentative would send an email with my request to the legal department to speed up the process and urged me to do the same. So then on 2 February 2017 I sent an email ********** (MTN Legal Department) stating that I urgently needed a settlement amount so that I could settle my account in full. This was stated in bold and capitals in the email subject field. As of today I still haven't recieved any replies or notices that my email has been recived or even delivered even after repeatedly noting it to any and all staff of MTN that I've contacted and no effort has been made to contact me. It seems to me as though MTN has enough money and doesnt need my outstanding amount at all seeing as a full settlement arrangement is something that does not employ any attention. </p> <p> </p> <p>This whole matter is the sole reason for my not being able to settle all my debt and be released from debt review. Wonderful...</p>
