Still no service
<p>Tried to call you guys to try and sort out my contract but still no feedback or i cant get hold of customer care.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you guys be so useless?? </p> <p> </p> <p>The only time you want to give service is if you want money. So now do not expect anything from me and know that i will be taking this further.</p>
Im Paying for a contract that should have ended in 2014 but im still paying for it and i dont even have a MTN simcard or phone anymore. I reported the phone ****** and wanted my contract to be cancelled.
Its now almost the end of 2017 and still having to pay.
I expect an email or call from you guys but make sure its not an unknowen number or private number or else i will not answer.
