Still no response from MTN since 13 April 2015
MTN promised a response via Hello Peter on 4 September and via email on 2 September. Still nothing. They are not interested in sorting out this account despite the fact that I have been a customer for 16 years.

MTN charged me for data I did not use and then **** about my usage. Their data validation report is incorrect and they are simply ignoring me and not correcting the bill.
