still no response from MTN! no help whatsover!

i am bringing this to the top because i am still waiting for help!

Can i speak to someone who can assist? is it too much to ask? since taking your contract i never had any joy with MTN. I gave all my details during application and i was approved! they did not deduct their subscription since... i called customer service, they referred me to the shops, when i get to the shop, they will also not assist. I am left confuse as to whether what to do! few weeks ago, i taken to twitter, i was send to pillar to post again until i was told that my account has been handed over to the attorneys. I DO NOT and have never had a problem with paying my subscription but what next after paying the attorneys? same thing will happen again... can i speak to someone to find out and sort out the problem? am i asking for too much?
