STILL NO RESPONSE

I've been trying for months to sort out my contract where I am paying for something THAT I DO NOT HAVE! This is ridiculous and no replies whatsoever! Extremely disappointed at the level of service MTN provides first-time customers!

However, they make sure I get my invoice monthly!!! paying for something I haven't received!
