STILL NO RESPONSE AFTER NUMBEROUS PROMISES
This is now the THIRD time I am on HelloPeter complaining about MTNS lack of follow through. After 5 months and numerous phone calls and trips into 4 different call centres and service centres I STILL have had no-one phoning me from the insurance department! The last two complaints both Kevin and Itumeleng promised i would get a response and 2 weeks later I am STILL waiting. I am going oversea CAMERA FIXED BEFORE THEN!!!!!! PLEASE RESPOND THIS TIME WITH A CALL FROM THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT!!! Am totally despondent!!!
