Still no response after multiple attemp's since 25/03/2020

I have now been trying for 4 weeks to make contact with retentions. Logged calls, emails, facebook, etc. NO RESPONSE. How pathetic. They probably see that my accounts are up for renewal and avoiding me because I might cancel. It's impossible to get to a human in MTN unless they want to call you to sell you an upgrade. Disgusting service. PS. I tried 3 times before SA went into lock down so that excuse wont fly !!
