Still No response after Complaint

MTN is still withholding my money and there is still no sign of my refund as I have laid a formal complaint I dealt with Farrana Hendricks who was supposed to recover the service and return a call to me but surprisingly it was the 28 August and even today I am still waiting - my reference number to this incident is *** I went to MTN sandton I wrote to Mtn customer service I wrote to hello Peter and now I am writing again I even requested to have my contract terminated of which it frustrates me even more because I have to wait 7 days for the amount to be calculated I now have to wait from today that only my request for refund was requested today by Feziwe. All I want it my 560 which I was not supposed to be charged for. I was asked also to dial 200 from my cell phone but the number never gets answered when transferred to a lawyer who is supposed to assist me with my refund. mtn please can I receive my money and give me the amount I owe you so that I can cancel my contract I cannot take this anymore it seems as if you guys don't care about your service anymore that's why I don't want to ever be associated with you again. ****piest service of the year
