Still No response
I have been trying to contact MTN for months now, to no response. Wenzile reached out to me after my first compliant on helloPeter, what I have requested her to do, is still not done. <br> <br> This second attempt to reach out to MTN via HelloPeter, Tried calling MTN customer care for 2 weeks now with no success, 808, tried callng ***. Again no success. <br> <br> There is a rather urgent matter that I need for it to be resolved. Please get back to me ASAP. <br> <br>

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post.
Wenzile is currently on study leave, so we will not be able to retrieve the e-mail from her.
We do see that your line was barred due to payments not received on your account. A payment of R1960.04 was later received on the 23rd of April 2015 and we've now removed the suspension and changed the status of the account.
