STILL NO RESPOND FROM MTN RE: EMAIL BELOW

Hi

I don't agree with this amount, when I sent an email 26 November 2015 to ask what is my outstanding credit management sent me an email to say the following. Good day

kindly note the outstanding due 26/11/2015 is R2,324.03 then your lines will be reconnected

so I have made payment of R 1600.00 but our lines was still suspended then I have emailed again to ask what my outstanding balance was and it was told R1881.00 so I went in to the Mtn store at Westgate and asked the consultant again what is the outstanding amount again and he said R1881.00 never once was there any mention of R11000.00. On Saturday my lines got suspended again and I phoned in they reconnected the line because mtn made a mistake. I spoke to a Mr Abraham and he told me that the arrears are from the 12 November to the 12 December, but what I can't understand is that my lines was more suspended than on, so I can't believe that this amount is true that you are giving to me know, I also can't understand is that mtn will upgrade my phones but I owe them R11000 something doesn't make sense. All my accounts are linked so I only get one statement for all the accounts not once did any one mention this amount to me
