Still no resolution to my problem

I have had copious email responses to my complaint from various divisions of MTN - all assure me of prompt service and the ability to resolve my problem but that is exactly where it ends. I am referred to inaccessible websites and unanswered telephone numbers. I am now incurring the expense of a contract I am not using despite having tried from the 20th April to have my number migrated to a more suitable package. MTN owes me in excess of R3000 and has failed for more than two weeks to refund me the overpayment which was due entirely to their inefficiency in processing my debit order. I am not hopeful that this will be resolved before my return to South Africa. It appears that the only way to resolve my problem is to cancel my account with MTN and go to another provider. Alternatively I can resubscribe as a new subscriber as they are offered far more favourable terms.
