Still no resolution - months later!

Utterly Disgusted: Received call from MTN Tygervalley (don't know the lady's title, but she's NOT the Regional Mngr) to bring in my handset for the 4th time. She promised to escalate to her manager since it was the umpteenth time she'd dealt with my case, asked me to write a motivational letter which she wouId attach when sending case to her manager. I handed it in on 24 Dec, was called later to bring in my charger, which was extremely annoying- they could have told me the first time what to bring. Got an sms a few weeks later, said they needed the IMEI no (it is printed on the phone!) I sent it to them, then waited. After about 2wks, I was called AGAIN to bring in my battery. I told them that I will NOT bring in the battery as they had had the battery to test previously and told me it was no longer under warranty - why bring it in now???! I AM FURIOUS, still have no phone and have been without a working handset since July 2014. MTN has lost a very loyal customer as I've been with them for 10+ years. They've ****, passed the buck and **** again. I'm forced to contact an institution that will take my complaint seriously & actually do something to resolve my problem, unlike MTN.
