STILL NO RESOLUTION
My phone was ****** on 24 February. I reported the case. Got a police case number.

Mtn customer care cannot give me the phone' IMEI number because the account is sitting with legal. Legal refers me back to customer care.

It's been two weeks. I have not yet blacklisted the phone.

I will say this again! If the insurance declines my claim. MTN better be ready to give me a phone AND a laptop because it is part of the same affected claim.

I will supply the query details AGAIN!

Name: L. M Twala
ID: ***
Account number: A***
Cell number: ***
Refernece: ***4

HelloPeter has a rule that you cannot submit a report about the same company within five days. Even five days has lapsed. Again! Please tell me what this means for my claim period.
