STILL no Refund!!!!

<p>This is my 3rd complaint on Hellopeter about the non payment of a refund that's dragging for years now. MTN's last response was they tried to contact me and I should contact customer care. Also they cant find any record of my refund. This after many different employees have told me different stories ranging from it is lodged, it is authorised, it will be in my account in 5 days etc. Well I did what you told me, i contacted customer care (808) on numerous occations in the last 3 months AGAIN. Still i dont have the refund. Twice I have been told it will be in my account in 5 days. The last time, the account was closed in December 2016 and he will escalate it and cc me. Didnt happen. Check my number ********** 904, look on my Id and find the problem with the other account. Amount R369.</p>
