Still no refund

I am tired of phoning MTN and speaking to people who make empty promises. See both links at the top here. Both complaints and no resolution at all? Really MTN? Is this really what you need considering the amount of bad press you are receiving. <br> <br> Please contact me and process my refund immediately. Not once have I been contacted. I promise to MTN that I will post here as much as I can with complaints and everywhere else to warn them of going to MTN until my refund is processed. Get your act together. <br>

Kindly note that a debit note for the early termination fees paid was processed today by Retentions department and as soon as the amount is off the account then we can refund the remaining balance.
