Still no phone
<p>This is the fourth post on HelloPeter. My previous one was just ignored unfortunately. We handed in my phone on 15 October for a warranty claim, which was approved two weeks later. We still do not have a phone. We call almost daily and every day we are told that we will be contacted. Nobody ever calls. We have sent many emails, these are not returned either. Please just help so we can get our new phone. This is a nightmare.</p>
