still no help!
Posted a complaint 3 weeks ago and stil no response from MTN, I phoned multiple times to them even sent the affidavit as requested and each time more stories come up and still my phone is blocked. Are they ever going to do something right or they just don't care! They make a mistake and I sit without a phone for weeks only to have to keep phoning because they never give me feedback. So tired of mtn and their service!
