Still no handset

<p>upgraded both my lines on 25 Nov, being told that phones will be delivered between 3-5 working days. Phone mtn 3 times, told to speak to RTT couriers since the phones were invoiced on the same day. Phone RTT only to be told that MTN has not handed the phones over. Still no email reply from Gregory at MTN direct </p>
