Still no fix for outgoing calls dropping

Hi

So it's been more than two months that I cannot make any outgoing calls on my phone even though all other services work such as, receiving calls, sms, data. The best I've heard from a store is that it seems as if the calls are barred but the barring settings are disabled on my phone, and on the system.

Each call I try to make is just dropped as soon as it tries to connect.

I haven't bee able to get through to the 808 call line even though the strikes are over, nor could the MTN store.

What is going on? why can't anyone help me with this?

The last thing is potentially replacing the sim card, but I refuse to pay for a new sim to attempt to fix a service that has not been provided from the point after upgrading.

Is MTN just a shell of nothing now? is there no one with the ability to help their customers?
