Still No Feedback - MTN you are terrible

After I posted on here least week about the being handed over for a contract I dont have , I received a response apologizing and assuring me this matter would be followed up . Surprise Surprise I have had no further feedback . As this is the only platform MTN respond to , please be advised that should I not receive feedback in 24 hours , I will be contacting my lawyers to resolve this matter .
