STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM MTN
I am still waiting on feedback which I was promised on the 17th Feb. I still haven't heard anything from MTN as I was informed they will locate my handset and be updated on how far the repairs are.

It is not fair that I as the customer should be running after MTN for such a long period.

I am starting to wonder if I will ever get my handset. Please contact me with feedback as soon as possible.

I am very much disappointed with the service.
