STILL NO FEEDBACK AND BAD SERVICE

Dont even know if these reviews make a difference i have been a war with MTN since the begining of this month, the utter disregard for clients and their queries by MTN staff is appauling. These consultants couldnt be bothered that you as a client are frustrated from calling in and holding and having you queries escalated for 5 times already! Consultant just advised "why are you shouting i didnt disconnect you line" - That is customer service at its best!!! Im shouting because i have been calling from the beginning of the month with this query, im shouting because i have to expalin this to 100 agents each time i call in, im shouting because if im nice then no one assists you, im shouting because none of you care that you are telling me i owe an amount you cant justify, im shouting because no one has the decency to call me i have to call in hold for 20 min be transferred a million times -MTN IF ANYONE CARES TO READ THIS YOUR SERVICES SUCKS.
