Still no feedback after review was acknowledged

<p>Thank you MTN for STILL NOT responding to my query which is having detrimental affects, after you 'list' me on ITC, but unable to clarify / confirm any details. </p> <p>I have been battling for 6 weeks now to get an answer from anyone. Listed my 1st complain on Hellepeter on 25/11/2016, response received from MTN on the 27/11/2016 claiming this will be looked into within 3 days. </p> <p>I again provided both account numbers to customer care on 29/11/2016 and still no feedback. Today is another week later and no reply. I am totally disgusted by your lack of service and complete ignorance / arrogance to assist with a matter as sensitive as this where and ITC listing (if I'm not even a client) is now havign detrimental affects on my personal circumstances with horrible results, due to ITC records. I am trying to be polite, but believe me, I am utterly disgusted and appalled! </p> <p>Shocking shocking shocking to say the least. </p> <p> </p>
