STILL NO FEEDBACK
Can someone , anybody from MTN insurance tell me who the hell are we supposed to get hold of them ! I have been calling and calling and no one seems to answer I submitted claim forms and the still is no response on my claim . This not funny anymore , we are paying for a service and the least MTN can do is treat us service we deserve OR give us an alternative number to call because when ever I call the phone just rings and dies !!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!
