Still no feedback!!!!

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

According to our records, the handset was assessed by our high volume repair centre and deemed to be BER (Beyond economical Repair) and this does void the warranty. Kindly note that the limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or if any component of the hardware is opened or repaired by someone not authorised by the manufacturer.

Apparently the handset was then taken to an external repair centre and based on this the matter has been closed.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
