Still no feedback
I have logged 2 complaints on Hello Peter, and have had absolutely no joy from MTN, all Alice Van Der Merwe (a supposed "Complaints Analyst", very big title for someone who's done absolutely NOTHING to assist), says is someone will call and we've sent an email to the agent, or call the call center. Well Ive approached the National Consumer Commission for assistance as i cannot beg and plead you people to sort out your ****. MTN is NOT DOING ME ANY FAVORS, I pay for my contract myself, without any of your assistance (not that assistance exists at MTN), if i were getting the contract for free then you can give me the ****tiest service you can muster (which by the way, you have manged to perfect in this instance). I have given you more than enough time to sort this out and will take this to the highest authority, not because i cant afford R799.00 a month but because you agreed that my discount would apply and the failing to act on it. Whilst my money is a drop in the ocean for such a large corporation, remember you are NOTHING without customers, about as useless as your service.
