Still no feedback

<p>A month back i did an upgrade for a new phone with a consultant by the name of kgosi. 3 days later the phone was delivered only to find out that it wasn't what I wanted. I returned the phone to mtn in centurion mall and that was the last iv seen or heard from the mtn people. Now one wonders what kind of service is this from mtn and what kind of relationship will I have with them because the minute they debit my account ill be sure to reverse it as i can't be paying for a phone that I don't have. 2.mtn will get me blacklisted and that will force me to take further steps against them and I doubt they want us to go though that route. 3. Mtn consultants are rude and of no use and lastly what must 1 really do to get their attention. Shouldn't this be called *****ing or is it part of their behaviour to rob people like this? This is disgusting indeed</p>
