Still no feedback

Good day <br> <br> 5 days has now passed since i received a reply on Hello Peter from Ayanda from MTN. I still have not heard anything from them regarding the claim! No accountability, or contact-ability from this supplier! This is ridiculous! I was promised the matter will be escalated, but absolutely nothing has been done! I am disgusted. Not impressed with the service I have received! To add insult to injury, I have received 4 reference numbers for this including the reference number from my previous post (***)!
