still no feedback
I still haven't received any feedback. I forfeited my claim at the insurance company because mtn still did not get back to me and i still don't have the documentation. So who must pay for the phone now?!!!! the insurance company informed me that there is no history with my contract sim card and the phone that mtn provided me with. Is there something ******* going on?!!!!
