Still no delivery on service
As stated before i pgraded on the 26th August with the offer of a memory card with the upgrade. It is now nearly 2 months and still i do not have a memory card. Despite promises from the stareand from mtn complaints..... Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane.... you phoned and promised it would be sorted... looks like everyone in mtn couldnt care abt customers and delivering what you offer.... I am absolutely digusted by your service. How many other people have you caught out that couldnt be bothered to follow up. Why do we need to complain before a service you pay for is followed through???

18 Oct 2017, 08:13Thank you but it has no been nearly 2 months and just no-one seems to care. I have had no follow up from anyone since the Last time i posted here and even then nothing was done. It baffels my mind that they do business like that and that mtn dont care that their reputation is being damaged. No one is accountable anymore.
